We appreciate all our friends and family that have been our guests over the past two years. We continuously work to maintain a clean, comfortable home-away-from home for you to enjoy. In getting ready for this rental season (some guests returning for their 3rd year!), we have added new furniture and accessories to the living room to make it more comfy, and we also did a make-over of BR#2.

We don't have all the add-on fees that most rental companies tack on. Leave home with keys in-hand - no formal check in upon arrival or check out upon departure. If you live out-of-town, we will either mail the keys, or give you the code to access keys in the lock box located in the stairwell onsite. Easy! Easy!

Our unit is newly remodeled with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. It has 3 bedrooms and is GULF FRONT on the 3rd floor which makes it easy for those that don't like elevators to walk the stairs to the room. We think you will love sitting in the comfort of the wrap-around balcony and watching the kiddos playing in the pool or on the beach. The 3rd floor is close enough to make it easy to communicate with friends and family at the pool, but high enough to be private.

Shoalwater is located right on the ocean - just steps away from the most beautiful beach on the Gulf. When taking kids or loads of chairs, coolers, etc., to the beach, you will love being so close! That is one thing that attracted us to Shoalwater; plus the entire facility is so well maintained! Shoalwater was freshly painted in 2012, new carpeting was added on walkways to rooms, the tennis court received a new surface as did the parking lot. The pool area is awesome! That was another plus for our family since we are pool people.

We think you will love the location and the competitive price! Our 3rd floor unit just high enough to be private, but low enough to feel like you are sitting on the beach or around the pool! Shoalwater Condos are unique in that the units are staggered instead of side by side. This prevents the "tunnel vision" of the beach and allows panoramic views and additional privacy.

We want our friends to feel at home while visiting our home-away-from-home, so we are continuously looking for ways to improve the accommodations. We recently added two swivel gliders that are super comfortable, and new accessories and high quality linens.

**To maintain a family atmosphere,we rent to adults and families only - no chaperoned events.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a Sleep Comfort mattress.

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed.

Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.

Living Room: Two swivel gliders, queen-size sleeper sofa with linens and pillows provided.

Bathrooms: Two full baths with large linen closets generously stocked with towels and wash cloths. The large closets are handy for storing clothes and other personal belongings.

Kitchen: Cooking utensils provided. Refrigerator with ice maker. Full Size Dishwasher. Microwave. Garbage disposal. Granite countertops. Ceramic tile floors. Dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar.

Balcony: Large wrap-around covered balcony staggered to provide panoramic views of the beautiful beach. A table and four over-sized chairs provide comfortable seating for those that love to feel like they are on the beach while enjoying the cool shade.

Other indoor features: Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Two DVD players for both kids and adults to enjoy. Telephone. Free WiFi. Full Size washer/dryer. Two elevators and a covered entrance for loading/unloading. Cable/Satellite TV/DVD. Hot tub located in the indoor pool area. Heated Pool. Sauna. Exercise Facility.

Outdoor Features: Outdoor pool and kiddie pool. BBQ grill on the west end of the pool area. Direct gulf view from the extra large covered private balcony. Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations). Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations). Kid Friendly. Newly Renovated Lighted Tennis Courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent.

Renters under 25 years old
Boats/trailers
Chaperoned Events

**Condition of amenities and in-room appliances are a top priority, but can't be guaranteed 100% of the time. Reported break-downs will be reparied as soon as possible.

Shoalwater is just a few blocks from the popular supermarkets (Publix, Winn Dixie, WalMart Market) and pharmacies (CVS and Rite Aid) at Orange Beach. It is also convenient to the new Yogurt Plus that opened in the WalMart Market shopping center just down the road from us. That is a must-have for the Scroggins family! Adventure Island is across the street and provides entertainment for kids and kids-at-heart in the form of arcades, go-kart tracks, miniature golf, laser tag and more.

The Holiday Inn Express is next door to Shoalwater and it has an outdoor snack bar with hot dogs, hamburgers and frozen drinks during the summer season. Many of the gulf's best restaurants are in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores!
The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and several championship courses are located nearby. Charter fishing boats are also plentiful in Orange Beach. The Tanger Outlet Mall is just a few miles north of the beach and is a good way to spend an evening after an enjoyable day on the beach.
